We want you to love your new tote as much as we loved making it, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the product is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring the tote is flat to avoid creasing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
